Returns & Exchanges

At Jim Jam The Label, we want you to love your loungewear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Wait for Processing

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
